Rob Kennedy

SVP, Enterprise Sales

Rob brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling SaaS sales organizations and driving growth through strong go-to-market execution. He has held CRO and senior sales leadership roles at companies including Benefitfocus and UKG, and is known for building high-performing teams and aligning organizations around clear strategy and results. In this role, Rob will focus on accelerating growth across our Care and Education segments and continuing to strengthen our sales organization.  

Outside of work, Rob leads an active life with his wife Amy and daughters Maddie (17) and Ava (12). The family loves to travel and spend summers on Lake Minnetonka in the Minneapolis area, and you'll often find them on a tennis court, soccer field, or hockey rink.
