As Vice President of GTM Enablement & Engagement at RethinkFirst, Mindy leads enterprise-wide efforts that bridge sales enablement, constituent engagement, and value storytelling across three lines of business serving employers, payors, and educators. Her team’s mission is to ensure every stage—from first conversation to renewal—communicates the tangible impact of RethinkFirst solutions.
Mindy partners across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to turn insights into action—building scalable playbooks, launching cross-LOB engagement programs, and executing hundreds of engagement and activation campaigns across the company’s three business units. These initiatives have helped drive millions of dollars in bottom-line revenue impact, while increasing utilization, improving customer experience, and strengthening long-term retention.
Mindy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Analytical Consulting, and Management & Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from Xavier University.
