Joe joined RethinkFirst in 2026 and brings more than 25 years of marketing leadership experience across the healthcare, technology, and SaaS sectors. Previously, he held key leadership roles including SVP of Growth Marketing at Relias, Vice President of Marketing at Eye Care Leaders and at M*Modal, where he was instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
Throughout his career, he has focused on connecting marketing strategy with business objectives to drive growth and innovation, strengthen market engagement, and build high-performing teams. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of disciplines, including commercial strategy, enterprise analytics, growth motions, artificial intelligence, and front-of-house alignment.
Joe is an alumnus of Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He brings a growth-oriented approach to marketing leadership, with a focus on aligning teams around customer needs, measurable business outcomes, and long-term growth.
