Dinesh became CEO of RethinkFirst in March 2026, bringing more than two decades of experience scaling global technology and services organizations. A proven value‑creation leader, he has guided founder‑led and growth‑stage companies through major transitions, driving revenue growth, operational excellence and measurable customer outcomes.
His prior roles include COO and CFO positions at Paessler and Ventiv Technology, where he advanced global expansion, improved retention and led successful SaaS and AI transformations. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Optima Healthcare Solutions, Net Health, BIAS Corporation and IBM, leading acquisitions, expanding market share and overseeing complex international operations.
Dinesh earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Accounting from Edith Cowan University, Perth, Australia and a Master in Business Administration from Boston University.
