Seasoned financial executive brings deep domain expertise in guiding strategy with an operational mindset 

NEW YORK – October 7, 2025 RethinkFirst, a leading global health technology company and solutions provider in behavioral health and neurodiversity, today announced that it has named Eric Larsson as chief financial officer (CFO). A seasoned financial executive, Larsson brings more than two decades of experience across public and private software and technology companies.

“Throughout his career, Eric has built a reputation for translating complex financial data into actionable insights, partnering with teams at all levels and scaling fiscal processes in fast-growing environments,” said RethinkFirst CEO Ben Semmes. “His deep domain experience in guiding financial strategy and reporting, combined with an operational mindset, makes him an excellent fit as we continue our exciting growth path in support of our customers and the community at-large.” 

Prior to joining RethinkFirst, Larsson served as CFO at SecurityScorecard, where he led financial strategy and operations. He previously held senior finance roles at Kaseya, provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software. There he rose to executive vice president of Finance from senior vice president and head of Financial Planning & Analysis and was focused on aligning financial planning with the company’s aggressive growth objectives. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles at NICE/NICE Actimize and IBM Cloud.

Larsson earned a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and a Master in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
