Mr. Schmidt joined Rethink in 2025 and brings over 25 years of experience leading strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational efficiency, and enterprise transformation. Most recently, he served as Chief Human Capital Officer at Ventiv Technology, where he led global business initiatives and enterprise projects that improved profitability and organizational agility. His leadership extended well beyond HR, focusing on business integration, performance optimization, and transformation strategy.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Schmidt held executive positions at AlphaPoint Technology, Nasdaq, and Bloomberg BNA—spearheading initiatives that supported business scalability, global expansion, and cultural integration during periods of rapid growth and change.

Mr. Schmidt holds a degree in Business Administration and multiple professional HR certifications. He brings a pragmatic, results-driven approach to executive leadership, with a track record of aligning people, strategy, and operations to accelerate business performance.
